It’s Thursday morning and we have some cool little updates for you.
Bakers’ Hang 6
The sixth edition of our community gathering Bakers’ Hang is coming up in two weeks, on Sunday, June 28th from 4pm to 6pm at Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA. Want to join us on the school bus leaving from Philly and heading back to Philly? Get your ticket soon before they sell out! Here are the bus details:
Meet at Washington Square Park at 3pm and get on the bus with us to Castle Valley in Doylestown
Hang out with other local bakers (professional, home, or just baking interested!) on the bank of the Neshaminy Creek and tour the local mill
Depart Castle Valley at 6pm and head back to Washington Square in Philly, to arrive by 7pm

Hey, that’s awesome: our neighborhood — Germantown and Mt. Airy — was highlighted in a cool little feature in the New York Times, with a small shoutout to Downtime. Makes us really love living here. Thanks to local legend Hannah Yoon for taking such nice photos of our baked goods, too.
Thursday Loaf
